The Station Inn
Legendary listening room known for hosting some of the best bluegrass and roots music in the world. An intimate venue where you can experience Nashville's best showcase of bluegrass up close.
What to Expect
If you blink, you might miss this legendary venue that's almost hidden between high-end dining options and boujee rooftop hotel bars. For roughly 50 years, The Station Inn has been keeping bluegrass, classic country, and roots music alive in Nashville. Walking through the front door feels like stepping back in time as you'll be greeted at the door by a sweet southern staff collecting the cash-only cover. From there, you'll grab your seat on a first come first serve basis at a chair, table, or a salvaged seat from a tour bus along the back wall. You can grab a beer or soft drink from the bar and order some ballpark style food like pizza, nachos, or popcorn. This single story room puts you nearly eye-level with the stage with no bad angles in sight. You'll feel like you're part of the performance in this intimate honky-tonk dive. Country and bluegrass icons like Bill Monroe, John Prine, Ricky Skaggs, Dolly Parton, Vince Gill, and rising stars alike have taken the stage or watched from the crowd.
