Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom

Concert VenueRestaurant w/ Live MusicCountry

West Nashville dinner theatre known for live music, comedy, and a classic showroom experience. Built around country entertainment, dinner, and old-school Nashville charm.

What to Expect

Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom opened in West Nashville's Bellevue area in January 2018. Stevens built it as a Vegas-style dinner theater, its walls covered in Music Row session photos honoring Nashville classics like "Pretty Woman" and "El Paso," alongside memorabilia from his own career. For years, Stevens performed his own 90-minute show there, mixing comedy hits with stories from his career. That changed in March 2026, when the regular Thursday through Saturday show became Country Roads USA. It's an 11-person theatrical tribute written and directed by Dean Sams of Lonestar, tracing country music chronologically from 1928 to 2000 through artists like Hank Williams Sr. and Garth Brooks. The 75-minute show runs fast with no intermission, and it's family-friendly, with kids 12 and under getting in free. Though Stevens isn't performing nightly anymore, he still turns up for special one-off shows and guest appearances. Dinner comes before the show, with a Southern-style plated meal available on the main floor across three seating tiers by proximity to the stage (VIP, Elite, and Standard), or skip the meal for cheaper show-only seats in the balcony. The Bill Lowery High Spirits Emporium piano bar is named for the publisher who signed a 17-year-old Stevens as a songwriter in 1956. It opens before the show and stays open late after, with Tsunami Karaoke taking over Saturdays at 9pm. Parking is free.
