Scoreboard Bar & Grill
Music Valley bar and restaurant known for live country music and a steady mix of locals and visitors. A casual spot for drinks, live bands, and a classic Nashville bar experience near the Opry.
What to Expect
Scoreboard opened on July 9, 1996, named after the section of the newspaper sports page where box scores and betting lines used to run. Nearly 30 years later, it's still under the same ownership, which the venue claims makes it the longest-running, same-owner licensed beer establishment in Nashville. The place is built for watching games: 75-plus TVs, pool tables, a Golden Tee machine, official backer-bar status for the Green Bay Packers and the Nashville Predators, plus a regular home for LSU football watch parties. Seating splits between an indoor bar and a covered outdoor deck. Live music runs daily alongside live sports. The hot chicken runs a named heat scale from "Sissy" up to "Hiroshima," a specialty strong enough to land the place a spot on Food Network. The rest of the menu leans on hickory-smoked meats, pulled pork, brisket, ribs, done in house, and a rotating list of 10+ Bushwacker flavors at the bar. Every Saturday starting in March, an all-you-can-eat crawfish, shrimp, and oyster boil runs from noon to 5pm, with live music picking back up later that evening.
